HMS Group wins $98m oil and gas equipment contract for Russian gas field

HMS Group has bagged a RUB7.5 billion ($98 million) contract for delivering and installing oil and gas equipment for a large Russian gas field.

The UK-based pump and compressor manufacturer said that it will be responsible for manufacture, delivery, and installation of membrane modules and elements, and also turbo-compressor units for an interstage compressor station and gas transportation units for a gas booster station. The equipment are part of a helium concentrate membrane recovery unit.

HMS Group said that this is a follow-up contract it had won with this client.

The first contract was awarded in 2017 in a RUB10.2 billion ($130 million) contract.
