3t Energy Group has won a contract from UK-based oil and gas firm Chrysaor for handling the training of the latter’s entire UK workforce by using the latest digital learning technologies.
The contract will have an initial term of three years with an option to extend for an additional two years.
It will be executed by 3t Energy Group’s subsidiary Survivex, which will offer a complete workforce management solution for Chrysaor’s workforce of 1,500 onshore and offshore personnel. Survivex will make use of the capabilities of the 3t Energy Group, which include 3t Transform and AIS Training.
The 3t Energy Group will be responsible for imparting traditional training in offshore survival, emergency response, crisis management, and other safety critical areas.
Besides, the contract includes 3t Transform’s cloud-based software systems and digital learning technologies like eLearning, virtual reality, and micro-learning tools for planning, organizing, and tracking training apart from boosting knowledge retention and employee engagement for the oil and gas company.
In the last 12 months, 3t Energy Group had won contracts with Total E&P, PBS, BP, and EnerMech while retaining contracts with Wood, Serica, Bilfinger Salamis, and Compass Group.
