Wood Partners begins construction on Alta Civic Station in Gresham
Real estate company Wood Partners has started construction on Alta Civic Station, a new luxury residential community in Gresham, Oregon, according to the latest construction industry news.

Alta Civic Station is being built at 1699 NW Civic Drive, on the east of the Portland Metropolitan Area, having easy access to Downtown Portland and the dining, shopping and cultural opportunities. Apart from that, the luxury residential community is close to the Portland International Airport giving residents the ability to connect to destinations across the world. Alta Civic Station also has easy access to Mount Hood and the nearby Columbia River Gorge giving its residents a number of outdoor activity options.

Slated to open in the 2021 spring, Alta Civic Station will have 318 market-rate units with studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans and also live-work townhome-style units. The new luxury residential community in Gresham will be the fourth project in the greater Portland area for Wood Partners.
Alta Civic Station will have a community room with kitchen and social areas, fitness center, co-working and meeting areas, and ground-floor retail and live-work units located within a walkable distance. The luxury residential community in Gresham will have a public plaza near the Civic Drive MAX Light Rail station that will have outdoor gathering spaces and a play area for children.
