WOA, Metro Alliance sign distribution deal for Dirty Clean Food Oat Milk
Wide Open Agriculture Limited (WOA), an Australian food and agriculture company, has signed a distribution deal with Metro Alliance for the sale of oat milk under the former’s Dirty Clean Food brand in Hong Kong and Macau.
Dirty Clean Food’s oat milk is said to be produced with regeneratively farmed oats.
Based in Hong Kong, Metro Alliance is one of the subsidiaries of Bright Food Global Distribution Company, a sales and distribution partner operating in retail packaged goods and food service industries.
Metro Alliance is said to have extensive relationships with major retailers and food service providers in Hong Kong, with more than 1,600 locations in its distribution network.

As per the agreement, Metro Alliance will be the exclusive distribution partner for sales, marketing, and management of Dirty Clean Food Oat Milk in the Hong Kong and Macau regions for a period of three years.
Metro Alliance has projected first year retail sales of around AUD$1,700,000, representing revenues of nearly AUD$700,000 for Dirty Clean Food.
The first shipment of Dirty Clean Food Oat Milk is likely to be delivered to Metro Alliance by March 2022.
Both Wide Open Agriculture and Metro Alliance expect the demand for the oat milk product to be nearly 25,000 units per month.
Apart from the original flavour, Metro Alliance will sell Dirty Clean Food Barista Oat Milk (1L), Dirty Clean Food Chocolate Oat Milk (1L), as well as Dirty Clean Food Coffee Oat Milk (1L).

Last month, Wide Open Agriculture signed a distribution agreement with MKMI General Trading for the sale of Dirty Clean Food Oat Milk in various territories across the Middle East.
