Wipro completes full integration of Opus Capital Markets Consultants
Indian IT services company Wipro said that it has fully integrated Opus Capital Markets Consultants following the transition to a new operating model.
The newly formed company, which will operate as Wipro Opus Risk Solutions, will continue to offer risk management, compliance, and capital markets services.
It is a specialized risk management and quality control service provider that caters to participants in the mortgage and consumer lending sector.
The services of Wipro Opus Risk Solutions include residential and commercial due diligence, valuation, and advisory solutions. Alongside its sister company Wipro Gallagher Solutions, the company will offer a full suite of mortgage solutions.

Wipro acquired the Illinois-based Opus Capital Markets Consultants for $75 million in 2014, following which it connected the latter’s products, solutions, and services to new markets, grew its brand awareness, and is said to have unlocked new business opportunities.
