Wipro brings in Soeren Lorenzen as APMEA Chief Growth Officer

Wipro has appointed a new Chief Growth Officer of its Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APMEA) division in Soeren Lorenzen.

According to the Indian IT company, Soeren Lorenzen will lead the sales, marketing as well as partnerships departments. He will also be working closely in conjunction with the Wipro growth office, bringing together the best aspects of the company’s global scale and integrated capabilities for customers across the region.

Soeren Lorenzen comes to Wipro with more than two decades of experience in account management and the pursuit of large deals along with sales and marketing excellence. In the past, he held various higher posts at companies like Hewlett Packard (HP), Nilfisk, and Injazat.

At HP, he achieved the highest certification of Account General Managers who are responsible for the growth of corporate accounts, said Wipro.

Soeren Lorenzen, who will work in Dubai, has graduated from Copenhagen Business School with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing Economics.
