Wipro has announced the appointment of Nicolas Parmaksizian as the CEO of its subsidiary — Designit, a Denmark-based experience innovation firm.

According to Wipro, Nicolas Parmaksizian will concentrate on helping Designit deliver creative excellence, improved customer experiences, and dynamic business innovation.

The new CEO of Designit said: “I am very excited to have been entrusted with taking the Designit business forward and have this incredible opportunity to work with the talented experts.

Nicolas Parmaksizian joins the Danish design company from Capco, another subsidiary of Wipro, which is involved in management and technology consultancy.

For a period of eight years, Nicolas Parmaksizian was Capco Partner and Head of Digital, where he is said to have had an integral role in pushing the growth of the practice in the US and the UK.

Designit was acquired by Wipro in 2015 for €85 million.
