Westrock Coffee begins construction of new RTD facility in Conway

Westrock Coffee Company has broken ground on its new roasting to ready-to-drink (RTD) facility in Conway, US, with an aim to cement its presence in Arkansas.

The new roasting to ready-to-drink packaging facility will develop, produce, and distribute the company’s coffee, tea, and RTD products. These include ready-to-drink cans, multi-serve plastic bottles, glass bottles, and bag-in-box solutions.

Spanning over 524,000 square feet, the Conway RTD facility will also feature a product development lab, which will target making, testing, and manufacturing new beverage solutions.

Nabholz Construction, a multi-service contractor, has been hired for the construction of the new RTD plant.

The Conway RTD facility is one of eight global Westrock Coffee locations and offers tea, coffee, flavors, extracts, ingredients solutions obtained from 35 origins across the globe.

Westrock Coffee has corporate offices in Little Rock and a production facility in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Currently, the coffee company provides more than 20 million cups of coffee per day and offers coffee and tea to foodservice in the US.
