Urbanrise to invest ₹19.2bn to develop residential community in Hyderabad

Urbanrise, a real estate developer based in India and owned by the Alliance Group, has announced its plans to invest INR 1,925 crores in Hyderabad, Telangana.

The investment aims to develop a high-rise residential community spanning 4.8 million sq. ft. As part of this endeavor, Urbanrise has recently acquired 15 acres of residential land parcels in the Nizampet area.

Urbanrise estimates that this investment has the potential to generate a revenue of INR 3,400 crores for the organization. With its flagship projects like On Cloud33, The Happening Heights, The World of Joy, and Spring is in the Air, Urbanrise claims to have established a strong presence in the city. These projects boast world-class infrastructure and top-notch amenities.

The recent land acquisition reflects Urbanrise’s strategic objective of strengthening its market position and tapping into the potential offered by the premium residential projects market.
