The Healing Company acquires plant-based superfoods brand Your Super

The Healing Company, an American health and wellness firm, has acquired plant-based superfoods brand Your Super for an undisclosed price.

Apart from announcing the deal, The Healing Company said that it has closed a $150 million credit facility given by i80 Group.

Your Super, which is based in Los Angeles, had previously raised funds from the likes of Beyond Meat investor PowerPlant Partners and PepsiCo.

The plant-based superfoods brand is said to have sold over five million products in the US and Europe. It is focused on two wellness sectors, namely superfoods and plant-based nutrition.

The Healing Company was launched in March 2022 with initial funding of $85 million. It was jointly founded by supplements entrepreneur Anabel Oelmann and Simon Belsham.
