Tech Mahindra to acquire Eventus Solutions Group for up to $44m
Tech Mahindra, through its fully-owned subsidiary – Tech Mahindra (Americas), has sanctioned the proposal to acquire Eventus Solutions Group in a deal worth up to $44 million.
The consideration includes earnouts.
Based in Denver, Colorado, Eventus Solutions Group is a business process services provider. The company provides end-to-end customer engagement solutions, which include strategy consulting, managed services, and cloud-based tools and automation services.
Established in 2009, Eventus Solutions Group has over 100 employees, and for the year 2020, it had posted revenue of $33.2 million.

Tech Mahindra said that the acquisition will strengthen its consulting capabilities in customer experience (CX) and also customer management space. Besides, it will enable the Indian IT services provider to build a major consulting practice and move up the value chain in the business of business process services.
The deal is anticipated to close by mid-June 2021.
