TCS, MATRIXX Software partner on subscription management platform for CSPs

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered into a partnership with MATRIXX Software for offering a next-generation subscription management platform for communication service providers (CSPs).

In this regard, Tata Consultancy Services will integrate TCS HOBS, its plug and play digital business platform for subscription, device and data management, with the MATRIXX Digital Commerce Platform’s cloud native, converged charging capabilities.

The integrated solution is expected to assist CSPs in transforming their prepaid and postpaid businesses to facilitate superior customer experience, and fuel growth.

TCS HOBS is said to help CSPs increase their business agility and product innovation. The cloud native, catalog-driven subscription management platform facilitates ideation and creation of new product and service bundles, which include partner offerings.

The digital business platform from Tata Consultancy Services is claimed to considerably fast track new product launches by enabling a smooth, “zero touch” rollout of the associated business rules in the CSP’s fulfilment, billing, assurance, and supply chain functions at the back end.

TCS HOBS and MATRIXX Digital Commerce will together enable real-time charging, rating, notifications on spends and usage, and context-driven interactions to quickly and easily improve the end-customer experience.

The solution facilitates easy integration with a broader partner ecosystem, allowing CSPs to offer newer services seamlessly around third-party products, said Tata Consultancy Services.
