TCS launches enterprise level energy and emission management system

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has introduced an enterprise level energy and emission management system called TCS Clever Energy for helping commercial and industrial organizations in expediting their transition towards net zero emission.

The Indian IT services provider said that its innovative new solution addresses the challenges in understanding the energy footprint and opportunities for conservation. Besides, TCS Clever Energy is expected to enable organizations to become more purpose-driven, greener enterprises.

TCS Clever Energy is powered by Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and cloud. It is claimed to have a solid data acquisition capability for connecting heterogeneous operations technology (OT) and information technology (IT) systems across the enterprise.

In addition to that, the energy and emission management system has an in-built digital twin setup and AI/ML-based data models with augmented intelligence for giving an integrated energy view. These will help organizations in coming up with informed decisions by means of predictive analytics, thereby becoming more energy efficient, and achieve their financial and sustainability objectives.
