Tata Consultancy Services to help Keysight Technologies in IT transformation

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) said that under an expanded partnership, it will help Keysight Technologies transform its IT operating model for improved resilience, agility, and user experience.

Keysight Technologies is an American manufacturer of electronics test and measurement equipment and software.

Tata Consultancy Services will serve as its transformation partner to enable it to drive an integrated IT services strategy spanning end-to-end IT infrastructure services, applications, and workplace services throughout the enterprise.

The Indian IT services provider will work with Keysight Technologies to help design an automation-driven, business-centric operating model by utilizing the former’s Machine First approach across its departments.

According to Tata Consultancy Services, the new operating model will improve operational resilience, reimagine the user experience, and boost business agility to enable Keysight Technologies to harness synergies seamlessly throughout the value chain.
