Tata Consultancy Services rolls out TCS Mobility Cloud Suite for automakers
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has rolled out new cloud-based software, named TCS Mobility Cloud Suite, for automobile manufacturers and suppliers to adapt to the changes in the sector.
The cloud-enabled software is designed to help automakers expand their ecosystems through new partnerships.
TCS Mobility Cloud Suite consists of ready-to-deploy, automotive-specific, and industry- and cloud-agnostic solutions, digital frameworks, custom solutions, accelerators, and use cases.
With this new cloud offering, Tata Consultancy Services intends to equip automakers and their suppliers to embrace digital technologies and new business models across the entire mobility value chain.

TCS Mobility Cloud Suite is designed to speed up testing and validation of the reliability of autonomous vehicles by using simulation to aid resource-intensive street testing.
In addition, the cloud solution from Tata Consultancy Services enables auto insurers to define premiums by taking into account actual driving data, using geo-fencing, connected data, and driver behavior.
