Tata Consultancy Services launches TCS Generative AI solution for enterprises
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has introduced a new offering called TCS Generative AI as part of an expanded partnership with Google Cloud for enterprise customers.
According to the Indian IT firm, the artificial intelligence (AI)-powered solution utilizes Google Cloud’s generative AI services to create and implement customized business solutions, enabling clients to harness the potential of this cutting-edge technology for accelerated growth and transformation.
With its extensive domain expertise across various industry verticals and substantial investments in research and innovation, Tata Consultancy Services has developed a wide range of AI-powered solutions and intellectual property in areas such as AIOps, Algo Retail, smart manufacturing, digital twins, and robotics.
Presently, Tata Consultancy Services is collaborating with clients from multiple industries to explore the application of generative AI in delivering value within their specific business contexts.
The TCS Generative AI offering is powered by Google Cloud’s advanced tools, including Vertex AI, Generative AI Application Builder, and Model Garden, along with TCS’s proprietary solutions.

Leveraging client-specific knowledge, proven design thinking, and agile development processes, Tata Consultancy Services is said to collaborate closely with clients to generate innovative ideas, rapidly prototype the most promising concepts, and deliver comprehensive transformation solutions with enhanced time-to-value.

Tata Consultancy Services said that it has made significant investments in scaling its expertise in rapidly evolving cloud technologies and currently has over 25,000 engineers certified on Google Cloud. Additionally, the Indian IT company has trained more than 50,000 associates in AI, with plans to earn 40,000 skill badges in Google Cloud Generative AI within the year to meet the anticipated demand for its new offering.
