Tata Consultancy Services announces availability of TCS Clever Energy on Google Cloud

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) said that its TCS Clever Energy solution which assists industrial and commercial organizations lower carbon emissions has been made available on Google Cloud.

According to the Indian IT services provider, businesses can utilize the enterprise-grade energy and emission management solution on Google Cloud’s carbon-neutral data cloud integrated with artificial intelligence (AI) for speed, security, and scale.

By leveraging Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), cloud, and machine learning, TCS Clever Energy helps organizations comprehend complex energy performance factors to enable them in becoming more sustainable and empowering leaders to make informed decisions without sacrificing business requirements.

TCS Clever Energy is designed to track energy use round the clock to provide enterprises a consolidated view, and delivers predictive analytics and insights, to enhance and expedite decision making for better utilization of assets.

Tata Consultancy Services said that a global pulp and paper manufacturer is being helped by TCS Clever Energy to realize energy savings of 10% year-over-year. For a multi-brand retailer, the energy and emission management solution has been deployed to cover 1,000 sites, including offices, warehouses, stores, and malls to drive its reduction of carbon dioxide emissions by 25,000 tons.
