Solstad wins contracts for Normand Navigator and Normand Frontier vessels
Solstad Offshore, a Norwegian offshore service and supply ship shipping company, has bagged a couple of medium-term contracts for its large construction vessels – Normand Navigator and Normand Frontier.
The contracts will come into effect in the latter half of this year.
According to Solstad Offshore, the Normand Navigator construction vessel won a contract from an undisclosed client in South East Asia. The work is slated to begin in September 2021 and will see the large construction vessel engaged until the end of the year.

On the other hand, the Normand Frontier construction vessel has bagged a contract in South America from a large global contractor. The contract duration for the vessel is 100 days firm along with 60 days options, which excludes mobilization and demobilization.
The Normand Frontier vessel, which will support an ultra-deep subsea project, has already commenced mobilization activities.
