Seaborne Airlines begins San Juan to Santiago flight service
Puerto Rico-based Seaborne Airlines has made a comeback in the Dominican Republic by introducing its San Juan to Santiago flight service.
The Caribbean airliner has started non-stop flight services from Puerto Rico’s Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU) and Cibao International Airport in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.
The new San Juan to Santiago flight service is offered thrice a week and four times in a day on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The flight service between San Juan and Santiago and vice versa is expected to be offered as daily service from 23 May 2019.
Commenting on the new San Juan to Santiago flight service, Captain Jesus Medina – Seaborne Airlines Chief Operating Officer said: “We are thrilled that Seaborne has returned to the Dominican market. The new flight service opens up opportunities for tourists to experience nearby popular holiday destinations, such as the beaches of Puerto Plata, the birthplace of tourism in the Dominican Republic, and the peaceful, serene and natural beauty of Jarabacoa, which is a popular eco-tourism hub.
