Resolute Industrial buys cooling equipment rental firm All American Portable Air
Resolute Industrial, a provider of specialty HVAC&R and power equipment rental solutions, compressor remanufacturing, and refrigerant storage services, has acquired All American Portable Air.
According to Resolute Industrial, All American Portable Air will operate under its rental division – Mobile Air & Power Rentals.
Mike McGraw – CEO of Resolute Industrial said: “This acquisition broadens our existing geographic presence into the Nashville market, allowing us to maximize our sales channel reach and drive additional growth.

All American Portable Air was established by Roscoe Nesmith in 2007 for providing temporary cooling equipment rentals in the Orlando, Florida market.
The company also has a second location in Nashville, Tennessee, from which it serves customers in the Southeast market.
All American Portable Air rents out portable spot coolers, air conditioning rentals, evaporative coolers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and misting fans and other climate control products.
