Primo Water acquires Atlanta-based Highland Mountain Water
Primo Water Corporation, an American pure-play water solutions provider, said that its fully-owned subsidiary — Primo Water North America (PWNA) has acquired Atlanta-based Highland Mountain Water.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Highland Mountain Water is an independent distributor of Primo Water’s Mountain Valley premium water brand. The company, which has over 2,500 customers, is engaged in a service area with a population of four million plus residents.
