PGT Innovations takes full ownership of Eco Enterprises

PGT Innovations, a US-based manufacturer of windows, doors, and garage doors, has completed the acquisition of the remaining outstanding 25% ownership interest in Eco Enterprises.

Eco Enterprises is a brand of aluminum, impact-resistant windows, and doors, primarily catering to the South Florida region. The company operates manufacturing and glass processing facilities in Miami, Florida.

This acquisition marks a significant milestone for PGT Innovations, as it solidifies its position as a leading player in the window and door industry. The company initially acquired a 75% ownership stake in Eco Enterprises back in 2021 for $108 million, aiming to accelerate its revenue growth, expand profit margins, and strengthen its supply chain.

By integrating Eco Enterprises’ glass production capacity into its operations, PGT Innovations successfully diversified and enhanced its product lines, thereby creating new opportunities in both residential and commercial markets.
