Persistent Systems wraps up $90.5m acquisition of Data Glove

Persistent Systems has wrapped up the previously announced $90.5 million acquisition of Data Glove, a business transformation services provider based in New Jersey.

The deal was announced last month by Persistent Systems.

Persistent Systems said that the required customary closing conditions regarding the asset acquisition of Data Glove IT Solutions Private Limited, India, asset acquisitions of Data Glove Inc., USA and its affiliate entities based out of Australia, Canada, the UK, and Singapore by the fully-owned and step-down subsidiaries of the company and equity acquisition of Data Glove IT Solutions Limitada in Costa Rica by Persistent Systems Germany have been either met or waived.

Established in 2010, Data Glove is engaged in offering services spanning the full Microsoft product suite including Azure based digital transformation, cloud advisory services, business application innovation, intelligent automation, data modernization, and workspace modernization.
