Performance Systems Integration acquires fire protection service Statcomm

Performance Systems Integration (PSI), an Oregon-based fire and life safety services provider, has acquired Statcomm for an undisclosed price.

Statcomm, which is based in Mountain View, California, offers repeating fire and life safety inspection, repair, and maintenance services, and installation services for new construction as well as retrofits.

The company caters to customers in the San Francisco Bay Area across various industries.

Performance Systems Integration offers compliance services and solutions for fire protection and life safety requirements. It also operates a Fire King division that specializes in requalification and maintenance of cylinders in the Western US.

Statcomm marks the seventh addition to the Performance Systems Integration platform and it is said to further bolster the latter’s footprint in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California.
