Perdue Premium Meat acquires US organic beef producer Panorama Meats

Perdue Premium Meat, the specialty natural meats division of US food and agriculture company Perdue Farms, has acquired organic beef producer Panorama Meats for an undisclosed price, as per the latest food acquisition news.

Panorama Meats will be the latest brand to come under the Perdue Farms family of sustainable meat companies. Included in these are Niman Ranch, Coleman Natural, Sioux-Preme Packing Co. and Prairie Grove.

Founded in 2002, the network of the organic beef producer comprises close to 50 family ranchers across seven states who raise US-born cattle on USDA certified organic grasslands in Northern California, South Dakota, Nebraska, Southern Oregon, Montana, Colorado, and Wisconsin.

As per the latest food acquisition news, Panorama Meats is said to be a natural fit with the all-natural, humane animal care leaders at the Colorado-based Perdue Premium Meat.

The Perdue Farms subsidiary has a portfolio of multi-protein, no-antibiotics-, no-hormones-ever products under the Niman Ranch, SiouxPreme, Prairie Grove and Coleman Natural brands along with the newly added Panorama Meats brand.
