Palladium acquires behavioral health services firm Health Connect America

Palladium Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm, has acquired Health Connect America, a behavioral health services platform, from Harren Equity Partners, for an undisclosed price.

Based in Tennessee, Health Connect America is engaged in the treatment of a comprehensive range of issues, which include conduct disorder, autism disorders, substance abuse, and emotional disturbance.
