OLI Insurance acquires California-based Walton and Associates Insurance

OLI Insurance Services has acquired California-based Walton and Associates Insurance Services for an undisclosed price.

Headquartered in San Jose, Walton and Associates Insurance Services is engaged in providing a range of commercial lines and personal insurance products for clients living in the Bay Area and Northern California.

The family-run insurance agency, which was founded in 1966, is operated by Verne Walton and Susan Walton. It will be continued to be led by their daughters — Jamie Anderson and Wendy Volpatti and will autonomously operate as a subsidiary agency of OLI Insurance Services.

OLI Insurance Services is a subsidiary of Heffernan Insurance Brokers, which offers market access and support services to local insurance agencies. Walton and Associates Insurance Services is expected to grow further by leveraging the market access, resources, and support of OLI Insurance Services and Heffernan Insurance Brokers.
