NRIA begins construction on The Station luxury apartment building, New York

National Realty Investment Advisors (NRIA) has started construction on the $49 million The Station, a luxury high-rise project in West New York, New Jersey’s business district, as per the latest construction industry news.

The mixed-use project, which will open to residents in 2021, is located at 4901 Bergenline Avenue. The luxury apartment building will feature 97 one- and two-bedroom apartments averaging 960 square feet. Its units will have open floor plans, luxury appliances, oversized windows, and finishes.

Some of the amenities are a rooftop entertainment deck that will have a grilling kitchen, soft seating, while offering panoramic views of Manhattan and the mountains. Also included are a fitness center, and club room.

The private, subterranean garage of the luxury apartment building will have 80 parking spots apart from 25 additional off-site spots.

The 10-storeyed, transit-oriented project is being built on the site of a former Duane Reade Pharmacy, which is directly located across the street from the Bergenline Light Rail Station. The Station is set to become the tallest building in the heart of West New York’s business district, and the only high-rise luxury apartment building in the area, claims NRIA.

Glenn LaMattina – NRIA SVP for Global Business Development said: “The Station will be a gamechanger for West New York.

“Since the opening of the Bergenline Station back in 2006, it has been the dream of local leaders to build new apartments close to public transportation, and we’re proud to be the first to do a large-scale project like this.”
