Northlane Capital sells Discovery Data to Institutional Shareholder Services

Northlane Capital Partners said that it has divested its portfolio company Discovery Data Holdings to US-based proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) for an undisclosed price.

Discovery Data caters to the financial services industry with data and information services. The company’s platform is said to help asset and wealth management firms, financial technology companies, insurance companies, and service providers to recognize their target markets and to detect, evaluate, and seize new opportunities.
