NIIT, Axis Bank launch digital banking academy to create fintech professionals
NIIT Limited said that its subsidiary – NIIT Institute of Finance Banking and Insurance (NIIT IFBI) has joined forces with Axis Bank to launch a digital banking academy aimed at building future ready fintech professionals for the banking group.
The first course designed under the Axis Bank – NIIT Digital Banking Academy is the FinTech Professional Programme. It provides graduates with 0-3 years of experience scope to join Axis Bank as deputy manager (IT).
According to NIIT, the programme has an immersive nature, where the learners carry out tasks of similar complexity which they will face in their roles.
After completion of the 18-week programme, the candidate will be recruited at Axis Bank under fintech roles like full stack developer, BA product owner, infra and DevOps, and quality assurance.
