Meriplex acquires managed service provider CPI Solutions

Meriplex, an American managed IT and security solutions provider, has acquired CPI Solutions, a managed service provider based in Southern California, for an undisclosed price.

CPI Solutions has been an IT and cybersecurity managed services provider for nearly 40 years serving businesses across Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, and San Diego counties.

The company offers customized solutions to meet its clients’ requirements to enable them in maximizing the role played by IT in their daily business.

Meriplex said that the acquisition also helps it grow further into the automotive industry, in which CPI Solutions offers risk assessments, IT solutions, and technical expertise.
