Medline to acquire SensiCare, Aloe Vesta skin care products from ConvaTec

US healthcare company Medline has agreed to acquire the SensiCare and Aloe Vesta collection of skin care product lines from British medical products company ConvaTec for $29 million.

Medline said that through the transaction it will gain a well-established brand of patient cleansing, moisturizing and skin protectants into its portfolio of advanced skin care products. The deal is likely to be closed in Q3 2020.

According to Medline, the transaction includes the Aloe Vesta and SensiCare skin care business in the US and Canada besides giving it the global rights to market the brands outside North America.
