Max Ventures & Industries gets completion certificate for Max Square project

Max Ventures & Industries (MaxVIL) said that its real estate unit Max Estates has secured the completion certificate for Max Square greenfield development in Sector 129, Noida.

According to the Indian real estate business company, the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) has given the highest possible green building standards to the Max Square development. In addition, the development is also IGBC Platinum-certified as part of the Green New Buildings Rating System.

Said to be built on the concept of nurture and nature, Max Square can be leased for a net area of approximately 6,70,000sft.

Max Ventures & Industries said that the Max Estates team has successfully completed the land acquisition process, design, development, and construction within a time of three years, despite numerous COVID-related interruptions.

Max Square is located on the Noida Expressway, one of the two major office micro-markets within Delhi NCR.

New York Life, which is a strategic partner of Max Ventures & Industries in the field of real estate since 2017, has been a co-investor in the development and holds a 49% stake.

Max Square provides office users with an array of spaces that include multi-cuisine food and beverage, modern multi-purpose hall, food court, early learning center, as well as an opportunity to connect with nature via an area of 11,000sft central forest courtyard.
