Mastek Limited said that it is joining forces with German software company fulfillmenttools for enabling direct to stakeholder (D2X) transformation for their joint clients.

The partnership will allow clients to provide excellent customer experience courtesy of a unified D2X process, which will integrate commerce with fulfilment, said the Indian software company.

By combining a cloud-based distributed order management system with convenient, scalable and app-based in-store fulfillment solutions, fulfillmenttools is engaged in providing an integrated end-to-end platform solution for efficient omni-channel fulfillment. Its suite spans three modules — a distributed order management system (DOMS), in-store fulfilment, and shipping integration, which are said to be well suited for the retail fulfilment processes of the future.

All modules are offered from a single source, thereby resulting in seamless connection and flexibility for adapting to any of the requirements of retailers.
