Lupin Diagnostics opens reference laboratory in Guwahati
Lupin said that its recently created diagnostics business — Lupin Diagnostics has opened its reference laboratory in Guwahati in line with the latter’s strategy to grow its footprint in India.
This follows Lupin Diagnostics’ opening of a reference laboratory in Kolkata.
The Lupin Diagnostics lab in Guwahati can perform a range of routine and specialized tests in the fields of molecular diagnostics, flow cytometry, cytogenetics, cytology, histopathology, serology, microbiology, immunology, hematology, and routine biochemistry.

Lupin Diagnostics is also opening diagnostic labs in Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha to serve the eastern region of India. The Lupin diagnostic laboratories will be connected to the company’s franchise collection centers that operate as LupiMitra.
Currently, Lupin Diagnostics has over 250 LupiMitra enrolled across India.
