Larsen & Toubro Infotech opens new delivery center in Hyderabad

Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited (LTI), an Indian technology consulting and digital solutions company, has opened a new delivery center in Hyderabad.

The subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) said that the 110,000sft center will house more than 3,000 employees to support the global operations of the company.

KT Rama Rao — Telangana Minister of IT, Industries, MA & UD said: “It is our endeavour to consolidate Telangana’s position as the preferred destination for technology solution providers and talent.

“We have backed this resolve by the highest order of ease of doing business, resulting in increased entry of global corporations such as LTI, which in turn augment the overall ecosystem. I congratulate LTI on the launch of this new facility and look forward to more of such milestones in the future.”

The Larsen & Toubro Infotech Center in Hyderabad will focus on providing digital, data, and cloud solutions to its international clients.

The facility is said to have new generation amenities related to the security, safety, and overall wellbeing of the company’s employees.

The Larsen & Toubro Infotech Center in Hyderabad has been inaugurated in the Sky View Campus, Hitech City Main Road, Madhapur.

Nachiket Deshpande — Executive Board Member and COO of Larsen & Toubro Infotech said: “The city of Hyderabad has a special place in the global technology space that is further complemented by the vast talent pool and an encouraging support by the government. LTI’s new Center in the city will strengthen our operations and play a critical role in our growth aspirations.”

In a separate development, the technology consulting and digital solutions company signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, to carry out a research on digital readiness.

Larsen & Toubro Infotech said that the digital readiness index can be used as a tool to evaluate the state of digitization in enterprises.

Earlier this month, Larsen & Toubro Infotech launched a data-to-decisions product suite called Fosfor for helping companies to monetize data at speed as well as scale with its best-in-class capabilities.
