JCurve Solutions acquires Thailand operations of Rapid E-Suite
JCurve Solutions Limited, an Australian cloud solutions technology company, has wrapped up its previously announced acquisition of the business assets of the Thailand operations of Rapid E-Suite.
The deal was announced earlier this month.
Rapid E-Suite is a Singapore-based Oracle partner that offers automated solutions for the implementation, management, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud Offerings.
The company is an Oracle NetSuite member status solution provider.
Rapid E-Suite was paid S$250,000 and a further S$50,000 on achieving a non sales milestone as agreed.

Through the deal, JCurve Solutions has acquired Rapid E-Suite’s existing 20 customers in Thailand, the related business contracts, and local development intellectual property in Thailand.
For the year ended 30 April 2021, Rapid E-Suite Pte from its Thailand operations had earned A$0.6 million in revenue.

Earlier this month, JCurve Solutions also announced the completion of the acquisition of Creative Quest Events and Marketing Services, a Philippines-based digital marketing agency.
