IPR acquires pipe rehabilitation solutions provider Granite Inliner

Inland Pipe Rehabilitation (IPR), a US-based water and wastewater infrastructure services company, has acquired Granite Inliner and affiliated companies from Granite Construction Incorporated.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Inland Pipe Rehabilitation, which is a portfolio company of investment affiliates of J.F. Lehman & Company (JFLCO), said that the acquisition boosts its capabilities and service solutions, while considerably growing its footprint across North America.

Granite Inliner is a vertically-integrated provider of trenchless pipe rehabilitation solutions. The company addresses wastewater and stormwater infrastructure for municipal and private customers across the US and Canada.

Its solutions include heat-cured and UV-based cured-in-place-pipe solutions (CIPP), manhole renewal, geopolymer rehabilitation, and construction management services.
