Infosys to upgrade CIRCOR’s IT Infrastructure for uninterrupted service delivery
Infosys has partnered with CIRCOR International, a US-based industrial valve manufacturing company, to transform the latter’s IT landscape and renovate its IT infrastructure.
The Indian information technology company will transform CIRCOR’s IT infrastructure, service desk, and user support applications by deploying service level agreement (SLA) based managed IT services.
The collaboration will also improve processes, bring agility into operations and modernize the local data centers and cloud landscapes.
In addition, Infosys will deliver integrated services and use ServiceNow as an IT service management platform (ITSM) to support CIRCOR’s infrastructure, applications, and operations.

Leveraging its Cyber Next platform, Infosys will streamline CIRCOR’s cybersecurity landscape, and enable CIRCOR to improve its cybersecurity capability maturity model (CMMC) compliance.

Infosys has not divulged the tenure or value of the deal that is expected to ensure significant cost savings and year-on-year productivity improvements for CIRCOR.
