Infosys to help SolarWinds move solutions to new SaaS model

Infosys has announced a collaboration with SolarWinds, a US-based observability and IT management software provider, to help the latter move its solutions to a new SaaS model.

Through this collaboration, Infosys will utilize its engineering capabilities to speed up the SaaSification of SolarWinds’ products and platforms designed to give customers greater visibility in complex multi-cloud and hybrid environments.

According to Infosys, the partnership is an integral part of SolarWinds’ strategy to provide accessible, extremely efficient, and value-driven solutions designed to help customers accelerate their digital transformation initiatives, irrespective of where they are placed on their journey towards the cloud.

Recently, SolarWinds announced its first cloud-native fully integrated solution by launching SolarWinds Observability in October 2022. The new SaaS platform offers an integrated and complete view of the current distributed, modern hybrid, multi-cloud, and hybrid IT environments.

The partnership with Infosys will allow SolarWinds to speed up its own journey towards SaaSification to provide customers with the best service regardless of whether they’re on-premises or hybrid, or completely cloud-based.

As more and more companies shift their IT and business processes from on-premise systems to the cloud, it is more vital than ever for companies to strengthen their operations with robust secure, multi-cloud and hybrid cloud solutions. SolarWinds believes that this will help accelerate its approach to go-to-market by moving its leading on-premises offerings into SaaS models.

Infosys has been selected by SolarWinds to aid in speeding up its SaaSification journey due to its robust cloud capabilities as well as its track record of success in helping enterprises to take advantage of cloud-based journeys.

Through Infosys Cobalt, SolarWinds will gain access to more than 35,000 assets and 300 blueprints for cloud solutions in the industry that will make the transition from on-premises systems to SaaS seamless.
