Infosys introduces metaverse foundry service for enterprises

Infosys has introduced a new service called Infosys metaverse foundry for easing and speeding up enterprises’ exploration of the metaverse as well as augmented and virtual environments.

According to the Indian IT company, the metaverse foundry service will enable enterprises to navigate the metaverse by partnering with them through the discover-create-scale cycle.

Infosys said that it is offering over 100 ready-to-apply use cases and templates to Enterprises to help them discover value in the metaverse.

The Infosys metaverse foundry is said to combine the power of domain and design expertise, platforms and digital accelerators, with robust relationships in a rich creator-partner economy. Businesses can utilize the confluence of capabilities as services on-tap, with the flexibility to ramping up and down their explorations as they want, said the Indian IT giant.

This helps enterprises gain an on-demand ability to securely and efficiently build their own metaverse environment.

The Infosys metaverse foundry service, which is an integral part of Infosys Living Labs, can also aid organizations in delivering signature experiences in an existing metaverse. Apart from that, enterprises can use advanced artificial intelligence (AI) powered data analytics and simulations for realizing their developing aspirations as the internet evolves.
