Infosys helps Toyota Material Handling in virtual dealer engagement

Infosys said that it has further boosted its collaboration with Toyota Material Handling (TMH) to provide an immersive experience to the latter’s dealer ecosystem on the Infosys Meridian platform.

Infosys Meridian, which is a part of Infosys Cobalt, is a cloud-powered, mobile-first platform.

The platform is said to enable enterprises in evolving into a remote-first, hyper-productive anywhere workplace which increases the engagement of stakeholders, optimizes work processes, and improves productivity.

Infosys and Toyota Material Handling have been collaborating for nearly a couple of years in various digital transformation initiatives, which include its global telematics solution, hyper automation, and enterprise data strategy.

Toyota Material Handling holds an annual event for engaging with its dealer partners for exhibiting their existing offerings and solutions and also for launching new products.

Owing to the Covid-19 pandemic, the company hosted the four-day event virtually on the Infosys Meridian platform.

According to Infosys, the observability and AI virtual assistant capabilities of Infosys Meridian enabled Toyota Material Handling to seamlessly engage with dealers via highly captivating and experiential virtual events.
