Infosys becomes digital innovation partner of MSG Sports and MSG Entertainment

Infosys said that it has been selected as the official digital innovation partner of Madison Square Garden Sports (MSG Sports) and Madison Square Garden Entertainment (MSG Entertainment).

The parties have entered into a multi-year signature marketing partnership in this regard. The partnership includes important MSG properties such as the New York Rangers, New York Knicks, and the Madison Square Garden Arena.

As part of the partnership, MSG Entertainment and Infosys will establish a command center within the Madison Square Garden Arena, featuring the Indian IT firm’s technology platforms and services.

By continuously generating data and analytics, the command center will offer staff on-site improved oversight of event operations in real-time. The insight will enable the personnel of Madison Square Garden Entertainment to make instant decisions that will help provide the most efficient and seamless experience for fans, said Infosys.

Additionally, guests will be able to choose data on their own and can pick all the options from the best exit/entrance and the most efficient beverage and food choices as well.

Infosys will enhance the fan experience of the New York Rangers and New York Knicks and connect fans with their teams by giving in-depth statistics during the matches.

The Indian IT services provider is also now the presenting partner of the Infosys Concourse located on the 6th floor, as well as The Infosys Suite Level on the 9th floor of Madison Square Garden Arena.

Infosys said that it will be receiving significant branding integration across the areas along with static and digital advertising at all the matches of New York Rangers and New York Knicks and as part of the Arena Concert Series.

Additionally, Infosys is partnering with Knicks Gaming, an esports brand of Madison Square Garden Sports. The Indian tech firm will serve as the presenting partner of Knicks Gaming Training Center after the new facility is completed.

Infosys said that it is also collaborating with Knicks Gaming to raise the level of esports with innovative, data-driven solutions that help boost performance. This includes customizing training materials for players by making use of the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance the process of learning.
