Imperial Dade acquires New Jersey-based Country Clean Paper Supplies

Imperial Dade, a New Jersey-based foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies distributor, has acquired Country Clean Paper Supplies for an undisclosed price.

Country Clean Paper Supplies, which is based in Ocean Township, New Jersey, is engaged in the distribution of janitorial supplies and foodservice packaging. The company is owned and operated by Frank Pavia.

Country Clean Paper Supplies, which has more than three decades of experience, is expected to leverage Imperial Dade’s platform to provide an increased offering of products and solutions to its customers.

The deal marks the 58th acquisition of Imperial Dade under the leadership of the company’s chairman Robert Tillis and CEO Jason Tillis.
