Icape Holding, a technology distributor of printed circuit boards (PCBs), has acquired MON PRINT, a PCB solutions provider in Denmark, for €0.7 million.

Established in 1965, MON PRINT caters to customers in the medical, industrial, telecommunications, and commercial markets.

Last year, the Danish PCB solutions provider registered annual net sales of DKK 9.4 million.

It is expected to benefit from the full platform of ICAPE Group, including sourcing, buying, laboratory, quality, and customer service along with the latter’s network of 75 partner factories located mainly in China. MON PRINT can now provide more services to its customers, boost its volumes, and thus raise its profitable growth, said Icape Group.
