Hub International acquires First Florida Insurance

Global insurance broker Hub International has acquired the assets of First Florida Insurance, a Florida-based insurance agency for an undisclosed price.

Based in Jupiter, First Florida Insurance provides personal lines insurance to its clients, who also include high-net-worth individuals.

The insurance agency has a wide range of products to offer, which include auto, yachts and watercraft, home and estates, jewelry, fine arts and collectibles, and umbrella insurance.

First Florida Insurance’s founder and president Jeff Platz along with his team will join the Hub Florida region.
