Hinduja Global Solutions to acquire Diversify Offshore Staffing Solutions

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) said that its subsidiary HGS International Mauritius has agreed to acquire Australia-based Diversify Offshore Staffing Solutions for an undisclosed price.

The deal is likely to close in the next few days, said the Indian IT service management company.

Diversify Offshore Staffing Solutions offers business process management (BPM) services. The company, which has delivery operations in the Philippines, is claimed to provide differentiated consumer engagement solutions to more than 50 clients.

70% of Diversify Offshore Staffing Solutions’ clients are in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region, while the remaining are in the US.

For the year ending 30 June 2022, the BPM services provider is estimated to post revenues of nearly AUD 26.5 million.

By acquiring Diversify Offshore Staffing Solutions, Hinduja Global Solutions expects to see ANZ as a new market, while adding a considerable number of clients from the region. Besides, the acquisition will supplement its portfolio in the US, said the Hinduja Group company.

The acquisition also strengthens the Indian firm’s portfolio of back-office and non-voice business in domains such as IT services, digital marketing, finance and accounts among others.
