HCL Technologies to launch InFusion THoR hospitality management solution

HCL Technologies said that it will launch InFusion THoR, a touchless hospitality and reservations solution at Dreamforce 2022 to be held in San Francisco from 20-22 September.

According to the Indian IT services provider, its digital hospitality management solution has been designed for the transformation of the user experience by enabling unique QR codes that work as room keys and let guests in accessing concierge services.

HCL Technologies claimed that with the post-pandemic world witnessing an increasing demand for touchless solutions, its InFusion THoR touchless hospitality and reservations solution is a game changer for the hospitality sector, which wants to provide contactless experiences that lessen health risks to both guests and personnel.

InFusion THoR is packed with smart management mechanics that are said to smoothly integrate smart-tech Alexa for monitoring room inventory, management of waste, and water conservation management. The Indian IT firm said that this feature enhances operational efficiency and lifts customer experience.

By using the scalability and reliability of Salesforce Cloud, the InFusion THoR digital hospitality management solution also tracks the preferences of visitors and includes a loyalty management function with details from various external sources like myHotelshop.

HCL Technologies said that InFusion THoR solution is mobile-compatible and can be customized to the requirements of all verticals of the hospitality sector.
