HCL Technologies expands partnership with SAP for HR transformation

HCL Technologies (HCLTech) said that it has expanded its partnership with German software major SAP for driving digital transformation for businesses.

Under the extended partnership, the Indian IT company has become a customer as well as a global strategic service partner for SAP SuccessFactors for the SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management Suite (SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite).

HCL Technologies will use SAP’s SuccessFactors HXM Suite in order to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction of more than 225,000 employees around the world and make the recruiting and onboarding procedures more flexible.

The Indian technology company will also utilize SAP’s Workzone and Qualtrics solutions to improve the employees’ experience.
