Grasim Industries commissions chloromethane project at Vilayat, Gujarat

Grasim Industries Limited, an Indian textile manufacturing company owned by the Aditya Birla Group, said that it has commissioned a chloromethane project at its Vilayat unit in Gujarat.

The capacity of the chloromethane project is 150 tons per day (TPD) / 50,000 tons per annum (TPA). According to Grasim Industries, this will result into a further annualized revenue of around INR 400 crores.
